Additional information: COD: hypostatic pneumonia, chronic myocarditis. Died in Vancouver General Hospital, hospitalized for seven months. Next of kin: unknown. Originally buried in Mt. View Cemetery in Vancouver, BC. Moved on 1970-Sep-10 by German War Graves Commission. Had been found guilty of sedition while in the Vernon Internment Camp, sentenced to Okalla Prison Farm and the sentence expired September 16, 1919 and he was being returned to the Vernon Internment Camp from the General Hospital (Vancouver?) where he had been for two weeks prior to the September, 1919 correspondence. Dr. Hoyes was attending Lee and handed the case over to Dr. Keith. Lee came from the Okalla Prison suffereing from bronchial pneumonia and had developed heart trouble. Warden of Okalla will deliver Lee's belongings to the General Hospital.
