Came from Berlin at the request of the Kaiser, to look into the matter of German Capital invoved in Albo von Alvonsleben's numerous undertakings. Former Lieutenant, German Army. Sold his furniture, proceeds of the sale were sent to Vernon camp and deposited to his credit. 1918-Dec-19 instructed his solicitor to transfer the balance of his trust account to General Otter, Director of Internment Operations as he was unable to have the money transferred to himself due to "the war law". Described as "well behaved" but "strongly pro German or Austrian".
