Additional information: Had a homestead near North Portal, SK. Gave $50 to a RNWMP Constable M. Watson and hoses and cattle as "security for both his own and his brother's good behaviour". The Constable got in trouble and was arrested, he was subpoenaed to give evidence at his trial but ended up not having to.
